Who we are

My name is Stirlizt Reyes and I represent One MENSCH, LLC. Our firm specializes in port operations and addresses a critical problem affecting the five major ports in the state of Florida: port space congestion.

Ports frequently handle valuable cargo; however, some shipments do not meet documentation or payment requirements, resulting in delays. One MENSCH solves this problem by purchasing and liquidating items that have not met shipping deadlines. This includes shipping containers, over-the-road trucks and trailers, construction excavators+, construction machinery, boats, automobiles and agricultural equipment.

By acquiring these items at significant discounts, often between 75% and 80% below market value, we free up valuable port space for new cargo.

All investment opportunities we present include monthly payments of both principal and interest for the term of the agreement.
